By opting in, you (i) consent to receive autodialed marketing calls or text messages from or on behalf of Cali Kids Dental or any of its affiliates at the number you provide and (ii) acknowledge and agree that your information may be processed in accordance with, and you are be bound by, Cali Kids Dental privacy policy (which you can view here or by clicking the “Privacy Policy” hyperlink at the bottom of this page).

Your consent to receive marketing calls and text messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving any products or services from Cali Kids Dental or any of its affiliates.

How to opt out: You can opt out from future messages at any time by texting STOP from your device. You agree that if you request to opt out from future messages, we may send you a one-time opt-out confirmation text message.

The program is currently available for AT&T, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Cricket, Boost, MetroPCS®, Virgin Mobile and T-Mobile®. None of these carriers is liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Image Orthodontics may add or remove any wireless carrier from this program without notice.

Under normal circumstances, you will receive no more than 2 messages per month.
